Grantees Area

ELDP requires that you provide a progress report at the end of every work package (approx. every 12 month project period). You also have to submit your documentary materials to ELAR. Note that payment of the next annual tranche depends on submission and the satisfactory evaluation of your annual report and your ELAR deposit by the ELDP Panel. Late submission of the report and/or the deposit will lead to late evaluation and therefore to late payment.

The report should be completed by the Principal Investigator. It comprises four main parts:

Activities Tell us what you have done and assess your achievements in relation to the aims and objectives of the project.
Deliverables These are the materials that you have agreed to archive at ELAR. There is a separate screen for each language you are documenting.
Finance Tell us how much you spent and explain any differences to the budgeted amounts. This should be countersigned by an appropriate authority within the host institution to confirm that the grant has been spent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the award.
Highlights and Photos Let us know about anything that has gone especially well.

Access your ELDP account to fill in your report and see your grant agreement with the detailed project plan and reporting schedule.

We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the report at the start of the project, so that you can ask any questions in good time. You should also liaise with your host institution on the finance sections so that they can advise you on their requirements with regard to reporting. Full instructions are given in the form.
