Grantees Area

ELDP requires that you provide a progress report at the end of every 12 month period. You also have to submit your documentary materials to ELAR. Note that payment of the next annual tranche depends on submission and the satisfactory evaluation of your annual report and your ELAR deposit by the ELDP Panel. Late submission of the report and/or the deposit will lead to late evaluation and therefore to late payment.

You will have received a reporting schedule with your offer letter but if you are unsure about when to submit just get in touch with us at eldp@eldp.net.

The report should be completed by the Principal Investigator. The report contains three sections. In the narrative part of the report you should report on the activities you have carried out during the grant year in relation to the work plan you have provided in your application. In the financial section you should provide an account of your expenditure. This should be countersigned by an appropriate authority within the host institution to confirm that the grant has been spent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the award. In the archiving section you should detail what materials you have deposited with the archive and how this corresponds to your original plans. If you have any questions please get in touch with us at eldp@eldp.net.

Once you have completed your report you should submit an electronic copy of the report to eldp@eldp.net.
